The placing of an order implies full acceptance of our terms and conditions. DeliveryOur aim is to deliver all goods within three working days. PricesPrices are in pounds Sterling. All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, or an error in pricing information from the manufacturer, your order will not be processed and we will contact you immediately. Cancelling OrdersYou may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order, advising us of your intent by fax or email. Returning GoodsReturned goods must be accompanied by your account number and invoice number, together with full details of the reason for your return. Returned goods must be returned in a suitable condition for resale. Goods must be returned within 30 days, and a 15% re-stocking charge may be incurred. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all returns are properly packaged and labelled. Damaged goods or shortfall must be notified within three working days of receipt.
